Founded in 2016, Embody Physiotherapy + Pilates is the culmination of Karolina McLaren’s passion for movement, Pilates and helping others lead a pain-free and active life. What started as a small Physiotherapy practise has expanded to include Remedial Massage services and a Group Pilates Studio which offers both Reformer Pilates and Aerial Pilates, employing a team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to her original purpose of helping our clients to #EmbodytheLifeYouWant

Studio Pilates
The Embody Reformer Pilates & Aerial Pilates Studio is purpose-built with the intent focus on individualised care in a group exercise setting. Featuring Reformer Pilates and Aerial Pilates classes, our studio was created to create a space for clients to decompress both their body and minds.
Each and every class is programmed with the intention of strengthening and lengthening, working the mind body connection and using movement to warm and challenge your body, based on your current condition and ability.
