Reformer Pilates
Our Reformer Pilates classes are open to all levels and abilities. Our small class sizes mean individualised attention and personal modification based on your ability and mood.
Focusing on the mind body connection and form, Reformer Pilates will challenge your body with a vast variety of different exercises performed on the Pilates Reformer. Combining functional movements with a focus on alignment and strength, our classes are designed to challenge you to rediscover your posture and find balance and stability, as you strengthen your body in new ways.
A total body workout, which creatively utilizes the Reformer and a variety of props including, hand weights, fitness circle and resistance bands to challenge you in unique ways each and every class.

This class is designed to gently introduce you to the Aerial Silk and the range of moves that can be achieved, with a strong focus on stretching, joint rotation, mobility and spinal decompression. During this fun class, we will run through some of the foundation techniques and poses to enable you to feel comfortable, safe and confident with the placement and movement of the Aerial Silk.
This class is open to all levels. All of our instructors are trained to ensure you work at your own level and within your own limitations.

Our Relax + Release Aerial class is the perfect precursor to a restful nights sleep! Using the silks to stretch the body and release your muscles, this class is run at a lovingly slow tempo and the perfect opportunity to relax, stretch and recharge mid week!
