In our modern Studio, we treat and rehabilitate from injury, pain and dysfunction. Our Physiotherapy team will provide individualised Exercise Therapy sessions to help you rehabilitate.
Exercise Therapy:
You may choose from either: Private 1:1 or semi-private 1:2/1:3 sessions. Private one-on-one sessions are ideal for clients who are new to Exercise Therapy, or prefer extra guidance and feedback. Our 1:2 and 1:3 sessions are semi-private, meaning the attention and guidance from the Physiotherapist will be shared between 2-3 clients. These sessions are still individualised, and allow for personalised feedback.
Each patient is assessed and treated according to their injury and needs, performing clinical exercises specially designed for each individual.

Pre-natal:
Semi-private (1:2 or 1:3) or private (1:1) sessions that are exercise and education based for our expectant mums with our Women’s Health Physiotherapist. Learn about the changes happening to your body, exercise in a safe setting, and prepare your body for labour. Each woman is assessed and treated according to their needs, performing clinical exercises specially designed for each individual. Suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy.

Post-natal:
Our Post-natal Exercise Therapy 1:3 sessions are instructed by our Women’s Health Physiotherapist to assist you in your recovery post child birth with your bub by your side. Post-natal Pilates is excellent post birth rehabilitation, helping to improve pelvic floor muscle strength and also working on any aches and pains you may have. If you suffer from Continence Issues, Bladder and Bowel Concerns, Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Abdominal Separation post birth, contact our friendly reception staff to book a confidential consultation.
