This session is suitable for all levels of experience with yoga, from complete beginners to those wishing to add to their current yoga practice.

Your teacher will lead you through a range of body postures, gentle movements and breathing to enhance your overall mobility, strength and balance and help you towards a sensation of revitalisation and calmness.
