Hayley’s passion for physical, mental and emotional health and wellness across all aspects of her life inspired her to take the step from Pilates participant to teacher, with a view to inspiring others to put their best foot forward (so to speak!). After originally taking up Pilates to help with chronic muscular pain, Hayley became hooked on the low impact nature of the activity that left her feeling strong but not worn out. She is a passionate advocate of ‘Pilates for life’. In her spare time she also enjoys walking golfing, swimming and cycling. As a teacher, Hayley’s approach is ‘firm, fair and fun’; classes should provide an awesome workout on a high energy day, space for kindness and self-compassion on a low energy day, and a place for a laugh and a joke with a like-minded community every day. Hayley is currently undertaking a Masters Degree in Counselling, and has an interest in mind-body wellness.
