
Jean Seah
Physiotherapist
Jean graduated from the School of Physiotherapy at Curtin University in 2018. During her studies, she dedicated one month abroad in Germany exploring the healthcare system and experienced cutting-edge technology with a local robotics company.
Apart from study, Jean has also been working for a soccer club since 2016 to treat state league players, sparking a passion for helping athletes perform at their best. Jean is currently undergoing her Rehab Pilates training with Polestar Pilates Education, and is loving incorporating the techniques she is learning into her rehab with patients. Jean is now offering Dry Needling to treat all areas of the body for muscles tension, pain and trigger points.
Since she was a child, Jean has always been a very active person and takes pride in being undefeated as swimming champion girl throughout her schooling days. Jean loves exercising in a range of different ways from Tai Chi to kickboxing, and from rock climbing to fitting the squash courts.
To help others find their love for moving, she also volunteers as a walk organiser for Heart Foundation Walking and conducts weekly walks on the Applecross foreshore – come and join her!!
To fuel her busy days, Jean likes discovering hidden food spots and cafes around Perth and is always up for a coffee fix!
