Lisa is a qualified Pilates teacher holding the Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction. She discovered Pilates in 2003 looking to shake up her exercise routine after years of going to the gym. The changes she felt in her body after only a few months had her hooked – not only did she feel leaner and stronger, but she was also moving with more ease in her every day life. After the birth of her child and a subsequent illness Lisa experienced the full benefit of the practise of Pilates, it being an integral part of her recovery. Wanting to share this to help others, Lisa become an instructor. She loves sharing her passion for Pilates with her clients and seeing their progress as they get stronger.
Outside of teaching Lisa keeps busy running around after her 9 year old daughter, enjoys long walks along the South Perth foreshore and is always on the search for the perfect cup of coffee.
